We receive many cards and letters of thanks and appreciation from clients and would love to share them!
Amazingly, many of these heartfelt notes arrive after a cherished pet passes away. Every devoted pet owner knows that they will likely outlive their four-footed friends and can only hope that when illness or old age sets in, caring medical professionals can improve quality of life, ease discomfort, and help provide for a peaceful passing. It is East Hills Animal Clinic's mission to do everything we can for your pet, in sickness and in health.
~I would like to thank you for the great care you have always given our cat, Precious. She was so special to me, and as an animal lover, I loved her so much. But it came to this time she needed peace. Thank you again for being so kind and gentle to her and going out of your way for me.
~This note is simply to say thank you for the careful efforts you made to meet the medical needs of my cat. To say that he is a challenge at the vet's office is a world class understatement! Yet your staff managed him with great kindness and professionalism. AND they put his concerned owner at ease, to boot! Thank you again. You are an excellent team!
