We offer CareCredit to our clients because your pet is an important part of your family. CareCredit is similar to other major credit cards but with two unique features. Every CareCredit transaction is eligible for a NO INTEREST (If paid within promotional period, generally 6 months. Minimum monthly payments required.) payment plan. There are no early payment penalties either! In addition to that, you can use this card at other healthcare practices, like your dentist, as long as they offer CareCredit. Applying to CareCredit is quick and easy!
IN PERSON:
1. Call & come into the clinic and meet with Lisa our Office Manager
2. Fill out the application (If you have a co-signer he/she must be present)
You must be currently employed to apply.
3. Applicant (and co-signer) must bring one piece of valid state issued ID
and bring a valid debit/credit card. We will make a copy of the ID
and only write down the name, exp date, type of debit/credit card.
4. Approval only takes a few minutes! You can use your CareCredit
immediately after being approved and do not have to wait for your
card in the mail.
